There’s no need to tell you how to make mashed potato, is there!
Sometimes I like to make creamy mash, and brown the top in the oven. And I like to leave some lumpy bits too – somehow it makes you feel more full and satisfied.
But when you add a spoonful of white miso, I think it’s best to use a whisk to puff up your potatoes into a delicious creamy mashed potato.
- 1 tablespoon white miso
Simply add the white miso when you mash the potatoes – easy!
